Definitely nowhere near as good as the first movie, but I also think it’s one of those Disney sequels that isn’t terrible like most of the other ones. It’s more middle of the road, as in, it’s ok, you’re not missing anything if you decide to skip it, but at the same time, it’s not a complete waste of time, because there are some good things in it, like Goofy’s relationship with Sylvia, and it has one of the nicest endings in a Disney sequel movie, but at the same time, it’s basically like every college movie every made, except because it’s for kids, it takes out all of the adult themes that are typically in a college themed movie. Basically if you’ve seen Animal House, Revenge of the Nerds, Van Wilder, and even Monsters University, then you’ve pretty much seen this movie
