I really do think Alastor is under Lilith's leash much like a lot of people have theoriesed and secretly working for her especially given how both of them have been gone for 7 years which is too much of a coincidence. Maybe she sent Alastor down to try and protect Charlie's hotel and dream then again I could be wrong and Alastor could be working for someone completely different
